The Operational Team

The Foundation sits at the intersection of community, universities and the health system, working to translate burns research into real-world treatment from bench to bedside. By expanding the body of knowledge in burns care, we improve survival and long-term outcomes for people who sustain burn injuries now and into the future.

To achieve this, we invest in people. We fund researchers and students to build capacity, maintain continuity and sustain momentum across the research pipeline. Our operational team supports this work every day through fundraising, communications, stakeholder engagement and outreach to patients, families, community and industry, ensuring that innovation can flourish and impact can be shared widely.
