Bendigo Bank is taking the PLUNGE!

Bendigo Bank places people at the centre of everything they do, and this year that commitment is shining through as eight of their team members prepare to take part in the Central Park Plunge.

As well as their personal fundraising and taking on the challenge of abseiling down 33 floors and 130 metres of Perth’s tallest building, Bendigo Bank has pledged $10,000, delivered through MCCA Islamic Home Finance and the Bendigo Charitable Trust.

We recently had the opportunity to meet with the 2025 Bendigo Bank plungers, where a cheque for $10,000 was presented to our Executive Director, Diane Lim.

We are delighted to acknowledge the Bendigo Bank Rate Drop team:

  • Dennis Teale – General Manager Retail Banking
  • Joe Faraone – National Manager Mobile Lending
  • Joe Emmens – Regional Manager Agribusiness
  • Stephen Fidge – Agribusiness Relationship Manager
  • Ashley Blower – Regional Manager Central WA
  • Corin Mendel – Regional Manager North WA
  • Kaihla Bretton – Sales and Enablement Lead
  • Jo Haliburton – State Project Coordinator SA WA NT

Their decision to step forward as a team, combined with this significant contribution, demonstrates Bendigo Bank’s people-first philosophy in action. By supporting burns research and care, they are helping us improve outcomes for patients and families and driving progress toward scarless healing.

We thank Bendigo Bank for standing with us. Every harness filled, every dollar raised, and every step down the building makes a difference, and this year, their team is helping to make the Plunge one to remember.
