Raffle Draw
Date: Wednesday, 14 May 2025
Time: Draw will take place during the Gala Dinner (between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM)
Venue: The Grand Ballroom, Fullerton Hotel

Winners will be announced during the event and contacted via email if not present. Results will be published on the Fiona Wood Foundation website within 48 hours and remain accessible for at least 28 days.

Ticket Purchase
Tickets are available via the Shout for Good platform and will also be sold during the Gala Dinner.

Official donation receipts will be issued automatically via email. Ticket purchases may be tax-deductible, subject to applicable legislation.
Prize Collection
Date: Thursday, 15 May 2025
Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST)
Location: Reception stand, Fire Australia 2025 Tradeshow
Venue: International Convention Centre (ICC), Sydney
If a prize has specific collection requirements, details will be printed on the winner’s ticket. Uncollected prizes may be donated back to FPA Australia at their discretion.

Eligibility and Terms
The raffle is open to all Fire Australia 2025 conference attendees aged 18 years and over. It is conducted by the Fiona Wood Foundation Inc. (ABN 65 993 189 366), under NSW Charitable Fundraising Authority CFN/25174.
Employees of the Foundation, members of the raffle organising team, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
