  Fiona is a globally recognised leader in burns research and clinical translation. Her work spans wound healing, scar prevention, cell-based therapies, clinical innovation and long-term recovery. Co-inventor of RECELL®, she continues to advance evidence-based burn care and the vision of scarless healing in mind and body.

  Diane provides strategic leadership across governance, philanthropy, partnerships and operations. She leads the implementation of organisational strategy, aligning people, systems and relationships to strengthen sustainability and deliver measurable impact. Working with the Board, researchers, clinicians, universities, health services, donors and community partners, Diane helps position the Foundation as a critical connection point between research, care and community.
