Burn Management Program

Managing burn injuries in Western Australia presents unique challenges.

In rural and remote areas, healthcare professionals, paramedics and volunteer first responders often make complex decisions without immediate access to specialist support.

The Burns Management Programme (BMP) provides fully subsidised training for eligible participants, building practical skills across the full spectrum of burn car, from initial response through to long-term rehabilitation.
