Burn Management Program: Albany
Registrations are now open for the Albany Burn Management Program workshop, providing evidence-based education to strengthen burn care knowledge, skills and confidence.
Delivered by a multidisciplinary team from the Burn Service of WA, this training equips regional and rural healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills and confidence to assess, manage and support adult and paediatric burn patients.
It covers the full continuum of burn care, from first aid and initial assessment through to acute management, rehabilitation and ongoing recovery.
Tailored for the Western Australian context, the program draws on current evidence and multidisciplinary expertise to strengthen burn care in regional and rural communities.

Who should attend?
Public health workers within the WA health system who support adult and paediatric burn patients in regional and remote settings.
This training is not open to private healthcare operators/ corporate industry.
