BMP Trainer Travel Notification – Vehicle

This form is to advise of BMP trainers who intend to drive to a training destination using a vehicle. It must be completed by both drivers and passengers before travel. This ensures that we have accurate records for safety, emergency contact purposes, and compliance with ATO mileage reimbursement requirements.
